It's January ... and in some parts of the Algeria .. and the world it's just plain very cold! I read here that January is national soup in the US. Just the end of November, comes near to the end of Fall -- almost near to the end of pumpkin season! So it saddens me since pumpkins are my Fall/Autumn obession.

Baklava Mouhaleebi is a Mediterranean sweet which translates literally to "milk pie".  It

I first saw this on Sihem's blog. I liked the idea, but I forgot towrite down the recipe. Peppers are one of my favourite vegetables. Today, I present the method of one of my Eid gateaux for a copycat version of the famous Raffealo truffles - otherwise known also as coconut truffle. I posted the recipe last year but I did not post any step by step photos ... so I am now!
